What Is a Cancellation Request?

If you no longer wish to keep your current hosting service with us, you can create a cancellation request immediately or for the end of your billing period. Requesting to cancel your virtual server hosting service will delete any and all associated files.

How to Cancel Your Hosting Service

Go to your client area
Go to “Your Active Products/Services”
Then click on your service
Click “Request Cancellation” – and provide a brief summary of why you wish to cancel
