When Is Console Support for FiveM™ Releasing? Everything We Know So Far

FiveM™ has become the main go-to multiplayer modification for GTA V and the modding community on PC. Allowing players to create custom customers, roleplay communities, and expansive gaming experiences. TikTok continued to grow interest in FiveM™, which has reached the console community. Understandably, console players are curious if they can one day try it themselves without a PC.
Currently, FiveM™ is only available and supported on PC. With Rockstar's acquisition of Cfx.re in 2023, the FiveM™ community sparked speculation that console support could be a near-future possibility. Since 2023 there has been no official word or confirmation that it will be released on console (Playstation and Xbox).
Support for FiveM™ on console isn't as simple as just porting the modification to GTA V. There are major roadblocks and compatibility issues:
With computer hardware becoming more accessible, we'd say it'd be quicker to build or buy a gaming PC (we love console still!). With a gaming PC, you also have more support for creating, editing, and deploying mods. You have access to a community full of thousands who love to game on PC.
While Rockstar's involvement with FiveM™ is promising, there are currently no official plans for console support announced. Console players might have to wait and see if they will be granted access to officially supported modding tools, or if there will be alternative solutions in time to come.
FiveM™ right now, however, is a PC-only thing, but as the industry advances and modding becomes more accepted, it would not be out of the ordinary if FiveM™-inspired elements showed up on console.
